Two meter tall chef Joris runs the restaurant together with his girlfriend. His menu changes on a weekly base but he’s got some regular dishes including glazed pork belly with grapes and roasted bone marrow salad inspired by St. John. The restaurant is situated in a not so familiar district in Rotterdam but definitely worth a trip there. I think this area with a mix of creative people and different cultures has some possibilities to become a new place to be in the nearby future.
